The logo for PyCon JP 2026 was designed by Daksh Jain (LinkedIn, Website).
Here it is.

He gave us several wonderful concept proposals, and since they were all equally appealing designs, the selection process for the organizing committee was a series of happy dilemmas. And it was ultimately chosen unanimously!
Here is the message from Daksh about this design,
The PyCon JP logo was inspired from a combination of Python snake, the iconic Itsukushima Shrine torii of Miyajima, and set against Japan's rising sun. The flowing, wave-like form references Hiroshima's connection to water as Hiroshima is known as the "City of Water"
The design has been carefully crafted with color schemes and readability in mind, ensuring that our work looks beautiful across all media and at any size, from websites and promotional items to printed materials.
